Frequently Asked Questions
Does my data leave my machine?
No. All document processing, including AI detection, analysis, and redaction, runs entirely in your browser. The only server-side data we handle today is account information and usage counts needed to enforce the free-plan quota.
Who gets the free plan?
Registered users can use the Free plan for up to 10 documents per day during the current launch period. Creating an account is required for that daily quota.
Are paid plans available now?
Not yet. Professional and Enterprise are shown below so teams can understand the upcoming packaging, but checkout is currently disabled and only the Free plan is available.
What happens after the free tier limit?
When you hit 10 documents in a day, processing pauses until the daily quota resets. Higher-volume paid plans are not yet enabled, but you can contact us if you need earlier access to them.
What file formats are supported?
We support PDF, common image formats such as PNG, JPG, JPEG, WEBP, and TIFF, plus text-based formats such as TXT, CSV, JSON, XML, HTML, and Markdown. PDF is our primary format with full layout preservation, and the playground accepts text-based files for quick testing.
What compliance standards do you support?
Our solution supports GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, GLBA, PCI DSS, and FOIA compliance requirements through configurable templates and local processing.
Is the redaction permanent?
Yes. Our redaction output is real data redaction, not just black markers placed on top of sensitive text. The underlying sensitive content is removed from the exported output so it cannot be trivially revealed by selecting, copying, or deleting an overlay.
